As Director at Strive Academy, she focuses on staff development and building strong community relationships. Amanda’s collaborative leadership ensures every child’s needs are met while fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented atmosphere for both students and educators. Passionate about making a positive impact, Amanda brings her experience and dedication to Strive Academy every day.

Ms. Aila was born and raised in Boise Idaho. Graduating from Capital High School in 2020. Outside of work she enjoys reading , being in the sun , and being with friends / family!

Growing up she always knew she wanted a job where she would have a positive impact on children’s lives . It is her goal that each child is able to express their emotions and develop their personalities as individuals.

Felicia was born and raised in Idaho, she has two kids. Felicia has been in childcare for 20+ years, and about 15 of those years have been with infants.

She loves crafts of all kinds, camping, fishing and spending time with her family.

Michaela is from Sacramento, California. She is currently attending Boise State University, studying Linguistics and has worked in childcare for the past three years. After graduating, she has plans to teach English abroad. Outside of school and working with kids, she likes to read, write, and explore the great outdoors.
