    Shannon strives to stay at the forefront of best practices in childcare. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.

    At the heart of Shannon’s philosophy is a deep commitment to fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment among Strive Academy’s staff. She recognizes that the work of early childhood educators is both rewarding and challenging, and she goes above and beyond to provide ongoing support, professional development opportunities, and open lines of communication.

    Outside of Strive Academy, Shannon is actively involved in her community, participating as co-president of her local PTO and working with animals on her family farm. She also enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her grandchildren and family.

    Originally from Indiana but finding her roots in Idaho, she graduated from Fruitland High School with honors before delving into the world of business entrepreneurship in college. Balancing the roles of a devoted mother and wife, she honed her skills in customer service and early childhood education, driven by a passion for enriching lives.

    Beyond the classroom, she finds passion in the strokes of a paintbrush, the pages of a captivating book, and the art of capturing moments through the lens of her camera.

    Born and raised in Idaho among dairy and cattle ranches, Jesse spent most of her adolescence working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities. This experience gave her a sense of gratitude and grace for others. After spending a few years in college studying marketing and media design, she immersed herself in the rewarding field of education.

    Jesse is happily married with two fantastic sons, and when she’s not nourishing young minds, she finds her free time fishing, camping, and unwinding with family.

She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners and shaping a brighter future for the next generation.

    Aila was born and raised in Idaho and graduated from Capital High School. Her favorite thing about being a teacher is being able to create a safe space for kids to grow and learn.

    Outside of work, Aila enjoys being in the sun, reading, and hanging with family and friends.
